Refund Policy
The Hearth of Home Learning provides tuition as a time-based service. Sessions reserve dedicated professional time, so refunds are handled fairly and transparently.
Block bookings
Payments for block-booked sessions reserve specific learning time. Refunds are not issued for sessions that have already been delivered or for late cancellations covered under the
Cancellation Policy.
Unused sessions from a block booking may be refunded only where reasonable notice is provided and no sessions have been scheduled or reserved. Cancellation-related charges. Where a session is counted as delivered due to insufficient notice (as outlined in the Terms & Conditions), that session is not refundable.
Exceptional circumstances
In genuine exceptional situations, refund requests may be considered at discretion. The aim is always to be fair while respecting reserved time.
Service interruption
If a session cannot be delivered due to an issue on the tutor’s side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
